Mr Justus Mugisha –  President of the Uganda School Sport Federation and ISF Technical Commission Football President made a presentation to FEASSSA (Federation of East Africa Secondary School Sport Associations) Executive Committee members and  Senior Government officials of the seven member states ahead of the East Africa School Games which will take place from 15th to 26th August , 2019 in the city of Arusha in Tanzania.
